You can get in touch with us by opening a support request. Please note that you will need an active subscription for WooCommerce Zapier in order to contact us.

When submitting your support request, choose Help with my purchased products, and then choose WooCommerce Zapier.

In the What are you trying to do section, please provide us with:

  • The email address of your user account.
  • A detailed description of your query.
  • The error message that you are receiving (if applicable).

Your request will then be sent directly to us, and we will be in touch during Australian business hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, GMT +8).
